    Good news for slimmers as scientists rethink calorie counting - Times Online

    Measuring 400 calories in burgers, chips and "sweet treats" is a pretty stupid thing to do though (imo).

    Wow the comments left on that article really shows some ignorance about nutrition and eating. Oh well

      I noticed the headline on some of the newspapers when I went shopping today but didn't buy the paper. Thanks for posting that link, G, so I could see what they are saying about it.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
