    OK, I give up, how the heck do you cut and paste this weight ticker? Which one works on this forum ezcode, HTML, ? and where do you paste it too.
    Looks like I picked a bad week to quit drinking

    Whoops!!! I take it back. I guess I did something right. Sorry.

    Welcome to ADBB. As usual, this board has the answers

    Click on the Forums tab, scroll down to Miscellaneous Forums, choose Testing and Technical Questions, and then, How to Create a Ticker. You'll find step by step instructions.

      First open the Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... page and make yourself a ticker. Just click the term "Weight Loss". Once you have chosen a ticker background and marker and input your information, whether you're tracking measurements or weight or BMI, then you'll be given several codes to use. Highlight and copy the first set. I think it's even tagged as being the one used in bulletin boards.

      Next, back on ADBB, in the navigation bars above on the far left you'll see "User CP". That's the user control panel. Click there. Scroll down the control panel options on the left to "Edit Signature". Click there. Scroll down to find the area where you can edit your signature. Click in that field and right click, choose "Paste" and it should paste your code there. Save it. See if your signature shows your ticker. If it doesn't, try to refresh the page.
