    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see !!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today !!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so !!!

    Hello & Good Wednesday Morning To all of my Mini Goal Friend's !!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are to again Drink all of my 100oz of Water & to cut back on how many Multi Grain Cracker's & Butter Iam eating.

    I seem to go alil "OVERBOARD" with them Late~At~Night TOTALY making my Net Carb & Fibre Count for the Day Way TOOOOOO High !!!

          Hope everyone is doing well on their mini goals today!

          Today I need to finish this 1 Liter bottle of water sitting in front of me before the end of the day and to continue on the treadmill again (so happy I met yesterday's minigoal of getting back on the treadmill, got to keep it up today!).

          Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
          First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving

            My mini goal was to do some exercise so I did half an hour walk.

              My minigoal is to not eat past 8pm. My late night eating has me bloated in the morning, even if it's "legal" and within my carb count. It's not eating from hunger, but from habit!
