Hey you've lost ten pounds... that's awesome! FitDay.com is a great place to keep a food log, and so is Spark People. In fact, Spark People has a pretty cool recipe nutrient calculator. Anyhow sounds like you have a pretty good strategy there. Are you still in induction or are you in OWL rung 1? If you're in induction, remember to have 3 cups of salad veggies or 2 cups salad veggies and 1 cup induction veggies. If you're in OWL, add more veggies.

Did I mention eat your veggies? hehe

      Re: Daily Food Log

It doesnt look to me like you are eating enough food or enough fat. It also doesn't look like you are eating 3 meals a day. You should not go more than 6 waking hours without a decent sized snack or small meal. If you use sparkpeople or fitday to log in your eating (with fitday use raw veggies and meats to enter because it is more accurate) you should be shooting for 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs, most of them from veggies.

Lots of water should be around 100 ounces. Lots for some folks is not so much for others.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
