I am on day four of my induction and things are going well. On days one and two I was completely exhausted and slept for 13 hours between Tuesday and Wednesday morning but yesterday I felt great. I went to my Step class and decided to do Combat as well to make up for not going anywhere on Tuesday. Halfway through the Step class my calf muscles completely seized up on me and I really had to push myself to complete the class then after combat they seized right up again. Would this be anything to do with my change in eating do you think? I followed the same warm-up and cooldown as usual but this has never happened before.

Are you taking your supplements?
Sometimes muscle cramps are caused by a lack of something - magnesium or potassium I think.
If you use www.fitday.com to log your food then you can look at their 'Nutrition' report to see if you are lacking in anything in particular and add an extra pill if you need it.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

From what I understand, calfs are the first to cramp up from dehydration. I would say up your water intake, especially before your workouts.Jim

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?
