    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    I missed you earlier today.
    Well I am sitting in front of the computer and I need to exercise. So there. That is my goal. I hope you have a good day.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

      My Mini Goal's for today are to again Drink all of my 100oz of water & to STAY AWAY form the Multi Grain Crackers Late at Night !!!

      Well I have to run to the Dr's, have a GREAT Day Everyone & I will check back~in with all of you whan I return !!!

          I managed to get some exercise in
          40 minutes of sweating. I feel good.
          Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

          May Challenges 2010
          Push-ups: 450/800

            My goals for the day are to stick to the plan, to exercise, and finish off this last water bottle!

            Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
            Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
            First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
            Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!
