I have noticed that when I do my weekly weigh-in and measuring sometimes I may lose weight on the scale but not inches on my tape measure. I find that strange
I know typically you lose inches b4 you lose weight on the scale. Could this be a simple case of mis-measuring, and also I don't measure to exact numbers like 5/8ths or anything like that, generally I go with 1/2's, 1/4's, and 3/4's. Just curious if anyone had any insight to this, I'm, happy either way cause the numbers are all going in the downards direction, so woohoo on that one!! Anyone else lose weight on the scale but no so much on the tape measure, I feel backwards! LOL
