    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello To All & I Hope That Everyone Is Having An AWESOME Friday !!!

    My Mini Goal's for Today are again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to STAY AWAY from the Hershey Kisses & Peanut Butter that I got into late last night !!!

    I was a VERY BAD BAD GIRL & PMS Got The Best Of Me !!! LOL

      I've bouncing up and down weight-wise and going on and off plan like I'm afraid of 145. I weighed 146.2 this morning so my goal is stay on plan and see if I can see 145 soon! No matter what. I caught myself looking at food I shouldn't eat. I am determined not to sabotage myself this this time. I even added mini goals today to try and keep me moving in the right direction. I am so close to fitting into a size 6 at Walmart, I got goal pants. Time to get the scales moving again! I'm ready. I better put on the goal pants and stay out of the kitchen!



      My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

      1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
      2nd mini goal: 140!
      3rd mini goal:135!
      4th mini goal: 130!

      I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

          anna - that is a good plan. Love to hear how it go.
          OK - no more pb - no more absolutely no more. It is sad how much power that stuff has.

          Lunges: 500/1000

            My mini-goal today was to drink lots of water, since I forgot the big jug I usually bring to school. It was also to avoid anything off-plan, because I have been very very good this week. I even ate from the cafeteria today, because they had clear veggie soup and chef's salad. I brought some cheese and jicama to snack on.

            I sat down with my teacher pals, and in marches the entire dept with homemade chocolate birthday cake with toffee pieces sprinled on the icing... It's the science dept chair's 50th birthday. Filled with resolve, I opened my mouth to say, "no thanks," and to my utter shock, what came out was, "baby piece, please..." I ate 2 bites, it was fabulous. I took the plate to my room and tossed the rest in the trash.

            So NOW my mini goal today is to walk 2 miles instead of one when I get home. Chicken breast for dinner. DAMM.

                Okay, mini-goals for the day... Well since it's FRIDAY, I always seem to do slightly bad on Fridays and give myself plenty of excuses why it's okay not to exercise on Friday... so my goal today is to not give myself permission to do bad just because it's friday!!!

                I need to:
                -finish off one more Liter of water
                -exercise, even just a few minutes, just do something to get yourself out of the habit of not exercising on friday!
                - eat on plan and don't over-indulge on the legal stuff!

                Want to weigh myself tomorrow, so I need to do good today!

                  I Have to make an adjustment to my Mini Goal From this morning just like the past few days I was eating was toooo many Multigrain Cracker's with the Peanut Butter !!!
