Flushed face?

I am nearing the end of day 6 on induction and today I had the flushed face thing again. It happened to me one day earlier in the week, too. I don't know how to explain it other than my face feels hot and it looks red. It only does it for a little bit, but still, it's kinda strange.

Have any of you experienced this? Any idea if it's caused by the diet?

Just a note: I don't have rosacea, and I wasn't embarrassed or anything when it happened.

I think I had this a bit during induction/when I started. I haven't had it in ages...so maybe it just goes away? I also think I may have read something on this board about it (boy....my memory is really going...). Maybe try searching the forums?
