    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!


    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!


    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!


    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello to all of my Mini Goal Friend's well I did GREAT last night, NO Multigrain Cracker's & Peanut Butter/Regular Butter !!! YEA

    My Mini Goal's for today will be again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to STICK STRICKLY to plan NO Multigrain Cracker's & Peanut Butter/Regular Butter !!!

    PS: Do to my being a Type II Diabetic We No Longer Have Choc of ANY kind in our home , I set it all away to my Son's !!!

      Way to go, Cindi!

      Posting here seems to be really helping me - I've met almost all of my mini-goals that i've posted here - so I'm going to keep posting 'em!!

      Today's goals are to eat on plan, drink 2 L of water, and take my dogs on a long walk before it gets dark out!

      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
      Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

        I did will on the pb front too. I did not want to do well but I hung in there.
        So today: Reduce snacking. Eating only when it has a food purpose.
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        May Challenges 2010
        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

          Well, I'm going to the ex's for the weekend. No cigs and there may be ice cream I left there last week. My ex is baking a birthday cake with our youngest daughter tonight and decorating it Sunday morning. He hasn't said what's for dinner. I just want to get threw it. He wants me to stay the same weight so he kinda tempts me. Its tempting enough watching everyone else eat whatever they want. He is 6'8 and about 300lbs so he eats a lot and its so easy to think I can eat more when I see what he is eating. My goal is to stay on plan and not come home heavier again! I finally saw 145 on the scales. Granted my stomach was upset last night, but I'll take it. Its not a daily goal but Monday morning I want to be looking at 145, not 150! He's been getting weird about me being smaller. He's never seen me smaller than this. You should see how my getting a haircut messes him up!



          My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

          1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
          2nd mini goal: 140!
          3rd mini goal:135!
          4th mini goal: 130!

          I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

            Just for today I want to make it through this seminar with no cheats in spite of the buffet of nasties out in the lobby.

              I guess my goal is to eat on plan and not snack too much (Pms...grrr).

              Cindi...good job with the crackers and PB!

              Rita..if you don't mind me saying, it looks like your Ex is trying to use food as a way to control you. It kind of sounds like he feels threatened by you losing weight. Be strong! Its odd but at least he notices. I have lost about 44 lbs and my dh has not said ONE word about my weight or Atkins.

              Anyhoo..hope everyone accomplishes their goals and has a great weekend!

                Liv does push ups, I think I would choke seeing her doing them!

                Just kidding...

                My goal is to add some more mass (weight) to my frame then cutting it with Atkins. jeez... bodybuilders...
