Some very good attitudes and points here everyone.
I agree that I want to celebrate weight loss, and I have already made some commitments to myself. Besides all the exercise challenges and the water challenge, I have made a commitment to get my health back. I cannot think of anything that will taste so good that I would want to "cheat" myself and give up my goals. Those "cheats" so easily turn into a landslide...
My blood pressure when I restarted Oct 20 was 192/90. Yesterday it was 118/74. Give that up for food? I don't think so.
Embrace the changes that have happened in your life since you started this WOL. Are they worth risking for a couple bites of food?
