    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    morning cindi! Today the plan is to focus on water, exercise and get my plan on paper for Thanksgiving!

      My Mini Goal for today is to drink all of my 100oz of water & to stick strickly to my eating plan !!!

        Exercise. It is a chore some days. But I need to do some.
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        May Challenges 2010
        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

          Hello everyone!

          Yesterday was kind of rough for me, didn't eat on plan as well as I should have, but starting fresh again today.

          Today's goals:
          - no snacking between meals
          -one more L of water
          - walk the dogs and kick up the exercise a notch or two today!

          Good luck everyone, keep up the good work!

          Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
          Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
          First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
          Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

            learn how to swim and/or breath while swimming....

                Sorry, maybe I should've phrased that better... I can swim fine (been swimming since I was 4), but not the proper form or very efficiently. I never realized how much my stroke sucks, and that I actually don't know how to swim freestyle. I'm training for an 1/2 ironman, and need to learn the freestyle stroke. I'm having some issues getting my breathing timing right, which has lead to some embrassing/funny moments at the pool. (and ingesting pool water through your nose sucks)
