So, according to what I've read so far in DANDR, the reason we are not supposed to have caffeine is because it could trigger sugar cravings.
However, today I had to have some caffeinated coffee for the...uh...laxative effect, LOL.(sorry if that's TMI, but it's been a few days since I've had a BM, and I eat all 3 cups of veggies and drink more than 8 glasses of water.) I plan on going completely decaf once my jar of regular coffee is gone. I know I could have eaten flax meal, but being that I'm on induction and I can't eat cottage cheese or yogurt yet, there isn't really a whole lot I can stir it into.
Trouble is, I've been reading on here that some are saying caffeine will stall weight loss. Is that true? If so, I guess I haven't gotten to that part of the book yet.
I appreciate your responses!
