    Good Morning/Afternoon to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today is to drink all of my 100oz of water & to stick strickly to my Eating Plan as there is still way toooo may Thanksgiving goodies here in my Kitchen !!!

      mini goals on the way really help me to keep motivated and on track.
      Im in Australia so we dont have Thanksgiving.... so no major food temptations, it sounds like a huge day of eating!! Yikes!!.

      My mini goal is that Im about to go under 90kg for the first time in a decade!. Im currently at 90.9 kg and Im hoping to dip under the 90 level sometime in the next week. I dont go on the scales everyday (sends me crazy) I normally weigh in on a Tuesday so it'll be then when I get the good news. Being 89 point something is a HUGE motivator for me.

      Good on you with the water! I know my body works best when I drink lots of fresh water. I fill up three bottles per day so I know how much I have to go. Try and get it in before 6pm otherwise Im up all night

        Sounds like a great goal
        OK I need to not over eat the mandarin oranges. Yes I can have some with the mascarpone (and be in heaven) but portion control.. I must be able to have portion control
