      Sometimes you have those days when you're always on the go. Remember to refuel and rehydrate so you don't find yourself starving later in the day. If you're near a Starbucks, take a coffee snack break.
      Order a tall skim latte
      Pair it with Reduced-Fat Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake
      Drink at least 8 ounces water

        Hmm
        Those menus looks nothing like the scrambled eggs with salmon I had for breakfast And it did not have any more calories that that stuff and it will sustain me for hours and hours. Not need for starbucks.

        It did like this part though:

          I liked that part too.... but sometimes I think I forgive myself WAY too often. I need to smack myself around a little, sometimes!

            I would be starving and b*tchy if I ate those proposed menus - I'd end up watching the clock and wishing for a time machine so I could get to my next meal/snack. Then I'd devour it and be hungry 30 minutes later...back to clock watching. And that Sponsored-by-Starbucks coffee break? A.Y.F.K.M.? How about something decent like the protein plate or fruit and cheese plate, instead of the FrankenCake!

              The article's sidebar link to Prevention Magazine's "A Perfect Day of Eating" had some good advice, too: Drink water and do light exercise before breakfast and throughout the day. Take a multi-vitamin mid-day instead of in the early AM. Have a colorful (veggie-packed) salad with some protein and *healthy* fat for lunch. Start dinner with some broth-based soup to help prevent overeating at dinner. Have a minimally-processed, fruit-based dessert.

                  This cracks me up. They call this a snack. Hello sugar! I would eat this times 10 maybe for a snack. Anyone else not handle this sort of stuff???? WHERE IS THE PROTIEN??? HOW IS THIS GOING TO SATISFY ME???

                  Typical diet crap. It makes no sense to me anymore.
