  • I am an idiot!

Hi, was doing fine on day three, was at school picking up kids, ~It was hot and I was thirsty, so I ask my son to go to the cafeteria and get me some water and then I say, "oh and a carton of orange juice"...... which i proceed to drink happily, a friend offered me a biscuit, which I turned down knowing full well I can't have that and feeling all smug that I have the strength to not eat it, (by the way it looked good). Thing is I KNOW I can't have juice! I just forgot ! daft or what? anyway at the school music concert some 20 minutes i later I got the jittery shakes and thought to myself , I should really drink more water and eat a lot tonight (of the good stuff obviously) at this stage I still hadn't realised what I had done!

And so to bed and thinking over my day before I go to sleep and boom the penny drops, I drank orange juice! I had a sugar rush...... I am an Idiot!

Just continue on ... and be more careful of your choices.

We have all done something like this at some point. As J. said just go on from here.
      JILL

      HW 298
      HW (this time) 248
      GOAL ONE 228
      (take 2)
      GOAL TWO 213 (personal goal)
      GOAL THREE 199 ONE-DERLAND
      FINAL GOAL 165

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

I will be good, I just need my brain to react quicker!!! LOL, I was good today and I will be tomorrow, which is our Charity Xmas Lunch, so turkey and veg for me, shrimp/prawns for starters! I have my excuses ready that I will take Xmas pud home for DH and I can't drink alcohol cause I'm on antibiotics (I'm not, I'm just a big fat fibber)This will also be my excuse at a party sat night! Why oh why do you turn into the most popular girl in town as soon as you try to eat something different.
