Hi, after induction, for an average metabolic resistance, what would someone at 170lbs lose on average per week? I know there is no exact answer but wondering if anyone had any experience of OWL at this level and weight that they might like to share
One to 2 pounds a week on average, which means nothing really. I didn't lose for months and then within a week I dropped 5 pounds and two weeks later 5 more. Our bodies just never read the damn rules
41 pounds down and counting

It wouldn't help you really. There will always be someone who lost more than you will. And knowing how fast others lost automatically sets up expectations in your mind. Then follows disappointment... and probably the thought that Atkins doesn't work (too well) for you.
You will lose as fast as YOU will lose. It's not a race... and scheduling your weight loss doesn't work.
Focus on following the plan correctly, not on your weight loss rate.
