antibiotics and ketosis
Hi Everyone
I'm new to this site but not new to eating the Atkins way.
I started induction Aug 23rd 09 and have lost 20llbs so far, which i'm pleased about. I have about 10-15llbs to go yet.
Anyway i am at Pre-Maintainance but i have been on antibiotics for the past week, will this affect ketosis ?
I'm usually showing trace but its been nothing at all lately.
So i'm not sure if i have added too many carbs this week or its the antibiotics.
