    Re: over 15 carbs/day

I put your info (with estimates for non-specific portions) into Nutrition Data. I get ~830 calories per day from your menu. If that's what you're eating, you are starving yourself, even if the food you do eat makes you feel full.

830 calories isn't enough food ... and until you start eating more ... both in calories and net carbs, you're won't be giving your body a chance to lose.

        Re: over 15 carbs/day

I use Fitday, may daily calorie intake is around 1600. This is what the plan is for today. I think I did not said here that those 'slices" of pork are very thick. The pork alone is over 600 calories. I just use salt, pepper, cumin, all spice and bay leaves on it. ( 0 carb right?)And if I will be hungry I will eat more.
I have like one big chicken breast (diced) in the chicken soup, so this is a big meal

        I have lost 22 lbs.

        Mini goals:

This is my 2 time on Atkins, so I tried difrent foods. Now I just stick with the induction, Because if I add more carbs I will not lose a pound for 2 months.

I never checked spices for carbs!!!

                      Re: over 15 carbs/day

It really sucks if your CCLL is around 15 net carbs

When you did add mroe carbs what kind were they? Have you tried eating more carbs by adding only more induction-style vegetables? I ask because I have seen others post that they can eat more carbs and still lose weight if they are adding more veg (rung one of OWL) and maybe get up to about 30 net carbs this way, but if they instead add cheese or nuts they stop losing.

If you could try adding only more induction veg net carbs you might find your CCLL is higher than you have discovered so far with other added foods.

As has been suggested it would help others advise better if you can post a link to your fitday account.
To do this you need to get a link ending in 'owner=yourname' which you can get by making your account 'public' by going to the 'profile' tab and scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on the 'Make my Journal Public' button.
Then you can copy the link it gives you and post it here for others to view your menu entries and see if they can spot any potential problem foods.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

So are you consuming about 140 g of protein? That is probably too much... and excess protein is a possible cause for slow weight loss and stalls. Given your stats, I would say about 90-100 g of protein would be enough.

How many net carbs come from vegetables?
Sorry, I meant in grams, not as a percentage. What are your veggie net carbs, in grams?

Do you weigh your foods? Do you use proper measuring cups and spoons,
                        or just estimating?
---Cups, or go by the labels
Labels are not really accurate in the US. I would check everything against FitDay or the USDA database.

Are you taking a vitamin supplement? Any other supplements you are taking?
                        ---no
You should take an iron free multivitamin. Essential oils are good to take too (choose a good fish oil supplement... those can be tricky).

You might want to consider supplementing with carnitine (L-carnitine), chromium (chromium picolinate) and/or CoQ10 too. This is something I would discuss with my physician... but check the chapter about nutritional supplements in DANDR too.

                        Did you test for Candida?
                        ---no
                        Do this as well.
