I just had my first cheating dream in months. I guess it was my birthday and somebody gave me birthday cake (???) and I remembered I couldn't have icing, so I just ate the inside stuff. Then I was like "WAIT...NO" and remembered I couldn't eat any of it and started panicking. Those dreams suck.

Anyway, when I woke up this morning, I was so incredibly relieved.

Yes!! lol. I still have them occasionally (4 years later) and I still wake up so disapointed in myself. A few times I've even gone to the kitchen to make sure I didn't eat something bad!
It's weird how we do that..

This happend to me once! I was pigging out on fast food once second and the next I was thinking WHAT AM I DOING??!! .....then I woke up and felt OH so relieved!! Now THAT my friends is a nightmare!

Me andmy Mum do atkins together and a couple nights ago I dreamt she cheated!
she had her friends round and my dad (the unhealthy one who makes it hard on everyone) gave her and her friends a bowl of 9 sausage rolls each and my mum ate them to be polite, I felt so horrible for her XP

LOL I think you should worry if you wake up and your husband has a bowl in his head, the milk is in the floor and there is a fruit loop attached to your forehead.

LOL! I can just picture that, lol, I would probably scream! Haha!
