Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

My Mini Goal for today is to drink all of my 100oz of water & to Stick Strickly to my Way OF Eating Plan during the December Diet Challenge !!!

I have a Cold "AGAIN" so I will be taking it alil easy today & drinking a lot of Home Made Chicken Broth !!!

Hi Cindi - drop by the challenge and do a update. We have not hear from you this week.
My challenge today was to weigh myself. I am so afraid of the scale but I need to know how I am doing.
So that is over and glad to report I am still maintaining fine at 125
