I noticed that the Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Bar (2.1 oz) says it has only 2 grams of net carbs, and is acceptable for all phases of Atkins.
My question: the label says each bars contains:
22 grams carbohydrate
10 grams dietary fiber
1 gram sugar
No sugar alcohols
18 grams protein
Given the above data, how do they come up with on 2 grams of net carbs? I get 12 grams net carbs (carbs - dietary fiber). What am I missing here?
Jeff
