  • When to start OWL?

I did all of my measurements today. This is my 4th week in induction. All of them were the same as last week. I have a feeling I need to start OWL becasue I am not losing more weight. I have lost about 5lbs and 3in in legs,hip,waste,2in in bust in the last 4 wks. Is one week of no change a good indicator to start ? Please help me. It was soo frustrating to see no change after a week of hard core Induction.

Not really. But the fact that you only have 30 lbs left to lose is.

Move to OWL and learn how to eat for life, not only how to drop weight.

It's not unusual to go for a week without change.

I agree with Georgiana, having lost about 14% of the total pounds oyu want to lose already and with 30 or so left to drop it would be a good time to start discovering your CCLL and if any foods affect you adversely.

Owl is much easier to do if you still have a fair amount of weight to lose, as it is easier to tell if you are still losing as you add carbs and different foods
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
