Osmosis does it work with atkins?

How do you all drink all this water, I am supposed to drink 60 plus onces but I only manage 20 or so..I try to just drink a bottle every two hours or every hour but I forget...I am thinking of filling up a tub with water and hope Osmosis will help me out here because I am not sure how elses to drink all this . Ideas?

I literally have a water bottle with me at all times and I refill it throughout the day.

The minimum is 64 ounces ... and many people find success with drinking 1/2 their current body weight in ounces of water.

You drink the water one sip/gulp at a time ... just do it!

I keep a 32 oz bottle with me at all times & find that helps. It becomes second nature once you get in the habit. Bottems up!

In the begining I needed to give myself triggers to drink enough water...one BIG glass as soon as I woke up....one before and after every meal or snack...if I got up at night...another...umtil it become habit...I can say without ahn hesitation my skin is AWESOME....let alone all the health benefits....I used to get water retention...its very hoit where i live in Perth Australia...now that I'm drinking more water...I don't get the retention...defies my ability to quantify but its true...

Just do it...

I use a straw because that way I drink the water in no time. For me, it's a lot easier than sipping all day. I suggested that to my DH, but he doesn't prefer drinking through straws lol...so he has a jug of water he drinks each day.

I keep at 32 oz glass [w/straw] at my desk and try to fill 2-3 times per day.

At home, I have a water glass out at all times. I leave it sitting in the kitchen. Whenever I'm there, I drink - and I'm there a lot.

Try different tactics. Fill up a jug with 64oz incl/ice, if at work or at home, keep re-filling a glass and see if you can finish the jug by the end of the day. It's a habit you are trying to build, so may take some time to make it a habit Good luck.

I like my water cold. I have two 32oz bottles. One is always in the freezer, one is always with me. When I finish one I fill it up and swap it out for the half frozen one. I can easily drink 5 or 6 of these throughout the day. If the water was warm I couldn't do it.

I've also heard of people adding a squeeze of lemon or limejuice to their water and having that help them. Only problem iwth that though is you are limited to 2 or 3 tbs of them and they have, I believe, 2.8 grams per tbs.

I do too! We keep two jugs in the fridge at all times. At work I fill my glass with ice water!
