Well, I was lifting weights today, and man! I felt really weak, I could only pump out about 75% of my normal. (is this normal?)
then I hopped on the bike for 50mins, I was able to keep my heart rate at 165BPM for 40~45min, I was surprised about this, normaly I could only get about 20 min before I felt tired/way out of breath..
