  • Lunch at work

    What did you have today?

I have a salad with romaine lettuce, red pepper, tomatoes, olives, smoked salmon and boiled egg... and a dressing made with creme fraiche, passata, grated green pepper, fresh basil and some dried herbs.

And a MiM and cheese chips for a snack.

    Georgiana - that sounds delish!

I brought leftover marinated pork loin and cauliflower; plus jicama & cheese for snack.

It would have been good if I remembered to pack a fork too! Now I have to eat my salad with a teaspoon, since that's all I have. LOL!

Salad with a teaspoon! I've done that before.

I am working at home today (as I normally do). I will be having leftover chicken and vegetable soup from last night.

Yesterday I had a spinach salad with vinagrette dressing and bacon crumbles, 3 oz of cauliflower, and a spicy chicken thing I made up that I didn't like very much and I will be tweaking in the future (wanted a "mexi-chicken" chunks and didn't quite hit the mark).

            Re: Lunch at work

I didn't bring a lunch today so I grabbed chicken and steamed cabbage w/no sauce from the bento place downstairs. It's pretty flavorless so I add soy sauce, pepper and chili sauce to liven it up.

Today, I'll take leftover pot roast with onions and brussels sprouts to work, with sugar snap peas as a snack. 1/2 cup cottage cheese with my own bruschetta mixture (tomato with basil and lots of garlic) for my evening snack.

Who says we don't eat veggies on Atkins?!

not at work because of the snow, but just made 'pizza salad'. Lettuce, spinach, onion, black olives, pepperoni, mushroom, tomato, moz cheese - with ranch dressing - very nummy!
