I wouldn't trust their scrambled eggs either ... but you can always ask for "cracked eggs" ...

Geesh. This fits right up there with the chains who sprinkle sugar on their steaks to emphasize the char marks. A rib eye with 32g of carbs. Unbelievable.

BTW if you use the scarmbled eggs entry at fitday.com it will give the carb etc counts for the margarine and milk they assume you are adding

So for all foods you are cooking yourself just use the raw entry for all ingredients, adding whatever butter/oil you used to cook it in to get an accurate measure.

On a slightly different note, but still about eggs, I recently found that the USA 'large egg' is what we call 'medium egg' in UK!

Eggs are on the unlimited food list, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Where is the Unlimited Food List? I can't find it in DANDR.

in OZ Jumbo eggs are 800gm for 12....poor chooks

It's not in DANDR 2002.

It's from the 1999 version. I believe the term was "free" foods.

In 2002, one can eat eggs "liberally".

Still have to count the carbs though.
