Does a standard 12" tortilla have more grams of carbohydrates than a 12" hero/sub/grinder etc type of roll? I didn't think so but I checked various carb counters and they apparently say that a 100 gram tortilla has like 50-60 grams, while a roll will have anywhere from 25 to 40 grams. Is this correct? It can't be!

You need to check the label. Not all tortillas and rolls are made the same.

Are you in Induction, as your profile info says?

I guess that is the default for new postings. I am actually in OWL and have been for months! I am close to my goal but I think I will make a new goal soon.

It's hard to read the label for a tortilla that you get in a restaurant. I would have thought that if I ordered a wrap instead of a full sandwich, it has to be less grams of carb.

I would rather order something other than a wrap in a restaurant, to be sure what I eat.

It really depends what kind of tortilla it is... What kind of roll it is... How big is the roll...

Your best bet is to check the USDA database: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

          That's why I wouldn't order one!

You say the tortilla ia 100 grams. How heavy is the roll? They could be giving carb counts for something like a dinner roll, not a hamburger bun.
