    That's happened to me too (before DH went on Atkins). Hubby would go to the store and say he got a surprise for me...turned out to me a dessert from the bakery.

    It's hard to say no, but I had to. I told him "I don't eat that" or "You know I can't eat that, why did you buy it?" Then I'd tell him to eat it lol.

      You just have to believe in yourself and be firm - with yourself and your family. You screwed up, don't dwell...move on.

      About the challenges, don't do too much at first and don't give up. Keep going with the challenge and see how many days you can actually get in your water. Then try again next month, and try to beat that number...you will eventually get there!

        You all are very supportive and right. I been trying all your techniques and it seems to be working. I keep full of the things I'm able to eat so the carbs are not so tempting. Thank you so much!!
