i used to take cal-mag (those calcium magnesium pills 350mg of cal) and potassium (50mg) but now i ve got a multivitamin, it has calcium, magnesium and potassium but only 150 mg of calcium and 25 mg of potassium, can i still take all the pills or do i need to stop taking the other ones...?
