      Does anyone know anything about this Dr Pompa's suggested way of eating for health? I'm guessing it'll turn out to be low carb....

        Interesting video. Obviously I'm not defending Twinkies here, but I'll offer two thoughts/questions. (1) Is it scientifically accurate to equate "burning" by a torch with the metabolic process of "burning" in our bodies? (2) I bet the moisture content of the Twinkie had a lot to do with why it wouldn't burn, but that's just my hypothesis.
