I am having a Christmas party this weekend, and a couple of the guests (as well as myself), are on extended induction. I need some ideas for legal appetizers - dips, etc. I have already thought about the buffalo chicken dip with celery. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!

Re: Throwing a Christmas party......
Home made queso, salsa and guacamole with veggies for dipping.
Meat/cheese tray (minus crackers of course).
Veggie tray.
Chicken wings.
Deviled eggs.
The list can go on for days!
Just make sure that the ingrediants used are on the legal food list - including the meats and dips. There's added sugar and fillers in everything! grrr.

Smoked salmon with the trimmings: sour cream, chopped onion, etc.
A sirloin steak (don't look at me like that! lol): grill it, cut into cubes, stick toothpicks in the cubes, and have a bearnaise sauce or flavored butter for a dipping sauce
A cheese platter~Megs~

Peppers stuffed with cream cheese and cut into slices
Asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon
Meat and cheese rollups
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
