If all you ate was meat, then it's fine. I wouldn't make it a daily thing though.

And the cheese... if that "double whopper" thing has any... is processed... so not the best choice.

But given the circumstances, you did a good job.

    that is still meat right?
Yes. Just keep in mind that organ meats are limited to 4 oz per day.

      Yes that is not bad
660 calories and 3 carbs - probably from the cheese and veggies.
I would do that if need be.

You love Chitlins - nice. You will have to check the package for what they add and decide if it is good choice. I don't even know if you buy them in a package. Do you prepare them yourself?

Can't comment on the BK as I refuse to eat fast food anymore.

Chitlins aka chitterlings aka small intestine is usually from a pork source. Are you sure you're not eating pork intestines? Beef tripe I've heard of, sure, but I don't believe I've ever heard of beef chitlins... They are NOT meat but offal, which is a general term given to the organs inside an animal. They are mostly fat and protein but not nearly as much protein as you will get from meat (ie., a muscle cut of an animal).
