I am happy to report I have been on this WOE for 5 weeks today.

Down 19 pounds!
I was a little disappointed that only 1.5 pounds came off this week. I am only weighing myself once a week. This is new for me. When dieting in the past, I would weigh myself every day..... and that just made me crazy since it would interfere with my resolve if I saw the scale go up or not move. I have let that way of thinking go.
I quit smoking after 34 years smoking, but am hooked on that damn nicorett gum! That has to go. I am wondering if that is slowing me down???? .6 carbs per piece adds up fast.
With so much to loose, I had been planning on staying on induction for a few months. Maybe I should move to rung one and see if that gives me a little push?
