Hi everyone 
I have been on the Atkins diet for almost a month straight without cheating, and my current daily carb intake is around 30 net carbs, but I have been struggling really bad with feeling very tired, weak, and fatigued. I was doing fine during the first 2 weeks, and then I just started to get really tired, and also I am noticing dark circles around my eyes. My skin isn't looking very good overall either. I drink a ton of water a day and take different vitamines, and so I don't think its a lack of water or nutrients.
Does anyone have any ideas? Remedies? Or a recommended supplement that will energize me and keep me awake?
