    Seriously, you're an inspiraion to us all!! And you're SO right... stick with it, even when it seems like you'll never lose - it WILL happen!!

    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

    so:
    Restart Progress:
    12/28/09 ~ 235.1
    01/04/10 ~ 229.0
    01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
    01/18/10 ~ 227.4
    01/5/10 ~ 226.8
    02/01/10 ~ 222.6

          wow! that is such a great job!! I have not done so good - SO it is very nice to see that Atkins does work (I know it does - but I just get down every now and then).... BUT I AM SOOOOO GLAD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!! YOu look wonderful!!!!!!

                Congrats on hitting that 50lb mark. This post is the exact opposite of lame, it's the reason why most of us are here! to be inspired by others, and to see a real person achieve their goals! I am so proud of you and the job you've done so far. Keep it up!

                  Wow! You are an inspiration. What an awesome success. Don't be afraid of OWL, it is so much more satisfying and fun than induction. Try it, you'll probably love it and you'll learn how to eat for the rest of your life to make sure you can maintain your losses.
