    no appetite??

Well, I feel great, since starting Atkins.

But it is like I have to force myself to eat.

back when I would eat fast food 2 times a day, I would be hungry like 1hr after eatting.

    Is this normal?

Gosh! The same is happening to me! It is hard some days for me to even get in 10 carbs, and I still have yet to get a full 20. =|
I hope it gets better! Lol, for the both of us and whom ever else is going through this too!

      Very Normal.

You will hear this a lot. For me it comes and goes. Some days I don't have too much of an appetite but that is good...you don't feel like over
stuffing yourself, and then there are the days you really have a challenge in eating all you should. And other days everything feels ok. I will get hungry on a schedule that seems "normal".

It's a completely normal side effect. In time, your appetite will return. By then, however, you'll know how much less your body actually needs, so overeating shouldn't be such an issue.

Ya I know, right??? Ever thought you'd hit an eating plan that suppresses appetite without little pills or chemicals or fake meals or what-have-you??? I say we hit the jackpot here. It's awesome to finally be FREE from food obsession.
