You can find the nutritional info and the list of ingredients here: Vermont Sugar Free Maple Syrup - Cozy Cottage - Splenda

Foods that are not already in FitDay can be added as custom foods. Do you know how to do that?

      Re: Vermont Syrup

Vermont is a great brand because it's real syrup and not maple flavor

I went there and found it..the only problem I encounter was the serving size is 1/4 cup.

        then it says 6 servings

        calories 15

        carb 5g

Fitday only let's me put one serving

          Vermont Sugar Free®
Nutrition Facts: Serving Size: 1/4 Cup (60ml), Calories 10, Fat Calories 0, Total Fat 0g, Sodium 120mg, Total Carbohydrates 4g, Sorbitol 3g, Protein 0g, Thiamin 25%* ,Niacin 25%* ,Vitamin B6 25%* ,Vitamin B12 25%*, Pantothenic Acid 25%&, Zinc 25%* .Not a significant source of Sat Fat, Trans Fat, Cholest,
As 1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons and most recipes call for tablepoon measures for sweet stuff, the easiest way to add it to fitday as a custom food would be to divide all the numbers by 4 and maybe call it
'Vermont Sugar Free Syrup : 1 serving = 1 tablespoon'
Your numbers to add would be
          Calories 2.5
Fat Calories 0, Total Fat 0g
          Sodium 30mg
          Total Carbohydrates 1g
          Protein 0g
And if you like to add the vitamin/minerals stuff
          Thiamin 6%
          Niacin 6%
          Vitamin B6 6%
          Vitamin B12 6%
          Pantothenic Acid 6%
          Zinc 6%

Fun fact: It takes 40 gallons of maple sap to make 1 gallon of maple syrup.

Thank you that helps, I might add I am sorry I did not use fitday a lot sooner! I love that it tells me my net carbs and my body measurements..awesome. Yes Vermont syrup is awesome, daddy who is a diabetic had no idea this thing existed and now he can't wait to be able to eat waffles again.
