  • Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone .... be good ... keep on the diet ... I dont agree with people who do planned cheats and I dont recommend it. If you end up having too many carbs get right back on the next day. Remember it is just a day ( food wise ) get past and temptations or illusions that you will feel good by eating food that is bad for you.

This all being said ... enjoy yourself and best wishes from ADBB to you and your families.

    Regards,
    Tom

              Merry Christmas all!
I am soo proud of myself as I made it through today at the family get together! They was all chowing down on carb loaded foods and I stuck with my salad that I had made.
Good Luck to you all on getting through with out cheating, and hope you all have a Happy New Year too!

Merry christmas to you all. I am trying to stay focused on the plan today. My grandaughter is type 1 diabetic so I tend to try harder for her as she cannot have so many things.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
