You don't need to eat 20 net carbs from vegetables only. 20 net carbs is the total for Induction... but there are foods other than vegetables that have some carbs, e.g. eggs, cheese, cream, spices.

Over half of your 20 net carbs should come from vegetables though.

The herb is also used as an aphrodisiac... the Sanskrit name Shatavari means "she who has a thousand husbands". ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow as it's in the asparagus family, it should be ok.

It looks as if it is from the root of asparagus, so might not be induction-friendly. In the same way beet greens are allowed on induction but not beets.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Are these the ingredients in your Shatavari supplement? I'm asking because there's no asparagus racemosus here.

I don't know if Shatavari would be classified as a starchy vegetables or a low-carb one, but in the amount found in a capsule (at most a gram or so), it shouldn't matter.

              Momordica Charantia (Karela)
This is bitter gourd, which is fine.

              Azadirachta Indica (Neem)
I think this one is okay, too.

              Vege caps (HPMC)
These are made of plant fiber, so they are fine.

i have the capsule form but as i melted it in my mouth
Shouldn't you swallow it with water?

Momordica Charantia is very bitter---even the leaves are bitter when made into a tea. So, some kind of sweetener is being added to this product.
