  • Excel spreadsheet.

Does anyone have or know of a MS excel spreadsheet that counts carbs and keeps track of other important progress information? I've looked online and some of these excel sheets are pretty outdated. Something that has charts or graphs included would be nice, but not entirely necessary.

    Thanks to everyone in advance.

I don't know of any Excel spreadsheet... but have you tried FitDay?

I use this website to keep track from work, and the desktop version at home. The desktop version costs a little money, but the web version is free. Another website that's good is http://www.sparkpeople.com They have a calorie, carb and nutrient tracker there as well, and it's free.

I have various Excel spreadsheets that I've collected. They've been more bother than using Fitday or All Things Food and Diet - FatSecret.

You would, most likely, have to create your own charts and graphs based on your data.

Thank you for that information. I took a look at FitDay and it looks very impressive, I think it has everything I'm looking for. I just wanted to thank you each for pointing me in the right direction.

There is an Atkins Carb Counter software available. From looking at the screen shot though, I wonder if it is big on the bars and shakes. I've been using FitDay PC for a over a year now and am quite pleased with that. There are also a lot of other free online food trackers out there too.
