    try adding abit more fat to your diet

    also i was stuck at a weight for ages but then started going to the gym and turned that stubborn fat into muscle

    so your body may have reached its natural healthy weight now you just gotta do full body work outs work all your muscles hard

    you may need to get someone to help you theres alot of muscles on your body so it can be very tricky knowing how to work them all out

    you won't lose any more weight but loseing fat and gaining muscle makes a huge difference in the way someone looks
