huh?
i'm 25 years old, mom of two, ready to do this once and for all!
note: i am breast-feeding, though my baby is nearly weaned, eating most solid food now. i am doing this diet with the knowledge, approval, and at the suggestion of my doctor and having done my homework. i will not discuss the matter in any of my posts. please don't bring it up. -
Re: huh?
It's really difficult to say without menus. I can only tell you that when I post everything that goes into my mouth on FitDay, the culprit of my weight gain is usually revealed. There have been times I logged my food and couldn't understand what happened, though... the experts here on ADBB have been awesome to help me identify problem areas and get back to the business of losing weight.

Re: huh?
Weight fluctuations are normal... 5 lbs may be a lot for some, for others - like me - it can be pretty normal.
Try not to get on the scale everday, when you see the scale stop or go up, re-evaluate your menu, clean it up, pick up exercise and keep going...
Over doing jicima shouldn't really cause a huge problem unless you started doing it everyday...

Don't fret, just keep going!!
And totally agree with Suzanne - post a menu (or a few)... that will help us a LOT to help you!
