    i was really hoping i wouldnt put any weight on this year ,but alas ive gained 6lb it all started with the amazing cheescake in the recipe section which in the end i had to give to my dogs to stop me eating the whole lot, ive not eaten any off plan food just more of what im allowed ,but i have eaten more nuts than im supposed to as stocked up like a squirrel for xmas and ive been picking them ,also over xmas ive had about 3 bottles of whiskey which i havnt been having and gym has been shut some days so missed out usual routine so really i suppose imlucky only to have gained 6lb ,but im back on plan now ,back at gym and next week back at work ,im sure it will take longer to loose the 6lb though than it did to gain it ,i do feel slightly bad about it but as for the exercise i think a bit of a rest will do me good (i hope )
    going to be starting the new year with a positive mental attitude

    Yes. One can low carb and still put on weight for sure. Does not matter where we are on our journey - we have to keep an eye on those carbs and count them and vegetable carbs will always be our friend.
