Yes You Can! We're all human, and at sometime we may slip, but I have finally learned that is not the end of the world if I (or you) slip up. This is now my way of living, and if I mess up, one day, everything is not ruined, I just have to continue on as I did before. Before I would beat myself up, and say, since I screwed up, I might as well keep eating more "crap". But each day is a new day and a new beginning. I feel better, health problems have cleared up, and I have a new lease on life. I also just discovered a new program on Fittv with a chef named Blaine that does a low carb cooking show, with some really great recipes like Mexican food, etc. You can find the recipes on the Fittv website.

The weight came off really slow, like 6lbs in 3 months. Then when I went to the drs. in April my chol. was high, so I pretty much went off the diet. 5 - 6 years ago I was on it and lost 35lbs over a year. I've put back on about 22 of those lbs. Back then I went from a size 16 pants to a 10. I did keep all the clothes, 6 boxes of them, and hope to get back into them. Back then I smoked and was pre-menapause, now I don't smoke and am in menapause. I know that's not an excuse, but it seems harder this time.
