  • Soy Slender Milk

I just discovered this great new low carb soy milk. It's called Westsoy Soy Slender Soy milk. The plain is 0g carbs and the chocolate, vanilla and cappucino is 1g carb. It tastes pretty good. Check it out and let me know what you think!

It's not really suitable for Induction.

And it can't be 0 carbs, either.

I used to love the cappuccino flavor. Can't have soy anymore so I had to give it up. It is a great product and the fiber makes the net carb count very low. It also has a decent amount of protein. Not really an Induction item though...I think you can have it once you get to the beans/legumes rung.

As soy is a legume it would be 'legal' on the 6th OWL rung assuming there are no higher rung ingredients in the 'milk'.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          In the Soy Slender Plain:

Ingredients: Organic soymilk (filtered water, whole organic soybeans), filtered water, tricalcium phosphate, natural flavors, sea salt, carrageenan, sucralose (Splenda® Brand), vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)

Hmmm... Interesting. I would like to try it. I've been drinking the Calorie Countdown milk without side effects. Again, I'm on the legume rung... Thanks for the post!

I checked it out Looks pretty good to me. The carbs are from the splenda and the cocoa powder in chocolate but as long as your at level 6, I would give it a try
Thanks for finding it and posting.

And for those in OWL... Since this milk has sucralose, don't forget to count each serving as one serving of sweetener (limited to 3 packets/servings per day).
