One thing I've missed is sushi. Tonight I'm going to try and make my own without rice. I'm going make some with a little bit of riced cauliflower and some with just the 'guts'. I got some nori wraps and crab (canned cooked), avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, and smoked salmon. yummmy!
Anyone ever tried this? Any tips? Any ideas on how to get the cauliflower to stick together?

. Mine was served over a bed of...something. I don't know if it was some kind of noodle or veggie lol. But all I cared about was the sashimi...yummy!
