Hey everybody! It's been a while since I've posted regularly, but this is just too good to not share. www.habitforge.com is a site made to help people stick to habits. You set up a (free) account, specify what habit (or habits) you want to keep, and then HabitForge will email you for 21 days, asking if you actually did what you said you would. It honestly seems like a fantastic, low-impact goal-setting application, and everybody should check it out!

I've heard of this! It can be pretty handy from what I hear!
My BF uses it!! It's really helped her get organized and accomplish daily goals.♥Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005
Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
