Am I the only one who wants to eat one of everything at night...

    Possibly not
But if you only have 'legal' foods available, it is easier to stay on plan

If you are hungry then choose and eat something onplan. But if it is just a habit to eat at that time maybe changing your routine would help? Take up crochet or scrapbooking to keep your hands busy?

What are you finding yourself craving?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

If you have a full meal in the evening why should you want to eat one of everything?

By looking at your menu, there are several things that are not right there.

Milk is not allowed during Induction. Use cream in your coffee if that's what you used it for.

Carrots are not an Induction food. They come in OWL Rung 8.

Korma is not acceptable on Induction because its ingredients aren't.

Oranges are definitely not allowed! They can be added back in OWL Rung 7.

Over half of your net carbs should be coming from vegetables. One broccoli floweret, two cups of lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes are not enough. Choose nutritious vegetables. Almost everybody will lose weight eating 20 net carbs, with over 50% from vegetables, so there is no reason to cheat yourself of nutrition. Lettuce is very low in carbs. And a broccoli floweret... it's pretty much negligible.

If you follow the diet correctly, then your body will switch to ketosis and your appetite will be reduced. Cravings should also subside. However, if you eat oranges, korma, carrots and milk... this is not going to work.

Once you are eating the correct foods, make sure you are drinking enough pure water daily. Many times when we "think" we're hungry we're actually dehydrated and need more water.

Check the acceptable food list and make sure you're only eating foods listed there:

When you start wanting to gnaw on something get up and do something - exercise, do a load of laundry, drink water - keep busy and you'll find it easier to stay away from food.

Look up the acceptable foods list in the Induction forum. It'll help you make better choices, get your body in ketosis, and the cravings will disapear. First time I've ever been on a diet that I didn't experience wanting to eat one of everything
