    Good Morning/Afternoon to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see !!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today !!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so !!!

    Hello Everyone ~ We are almost to the Weekend for some of us a big challenge point of the week food wise. Please ALWAYS remember that our AWESOME Forum is here 24/7 to help you through any bumpy spots in the road !!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are to drink all of my 100oz of water, to Stick Strickly to my WOE Plan !!!

    I can's wait to get this YUCKIE Steroid weight back off & regain my Level 3 Pre~Maint Status again !!!

          My mini goal is to add more time to my workout... Tonight, it'll be Wii Fit boxing.

          Age: 40
          Height: 5'6"

          Water: 90 oz min.
          Lunges 180 /400

          6 Week Exercise Challenge #61
          Workout: 4 days a week

            Gosh I have already done a lot of the things I should not do but sill time to salvage some of the day

            I will get my water in today. Promise

            Push-ups: 450/800
            Abs: 850/1900
            Squats: 650/1200
            Lunges: 500/1000
            Strength: 490/1200
            Running: 50/100 km


            2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
